Sales Associate – Calgary
The Sales Associates primary role is to attract and approach customers, present everyday value and sell them on our clients nationally recognized loyalty based credit card programs. The SA will act as an ambassador to JW Research, the client and the retail outlet/mall that the exciting promotion is taken place in. The successful candidate is able to adapt to various environments and is excited about marketing specialty credit cards in stores, malls, airports and special events. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop key skills that will provide a stepping stone to a successful career in the financial industry as well as the advertising/marketing industry. Some examples of these skills are; public speaking, articulating yourself clearly, negotiating and how to “successfully” sell a product or service.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for continuously approaching customers, engaging them in an enthusiastic features and benefits presentation, for the purpose of securing the sale. The SA must manage their metrics for volume, as well as, administratively provide daily/weekly application deliveries and daily productivity reporting. The SA will also be responsible for taking the opportunity to participate in weekly sales meetings that are designed to encourage productivity and support career development.
The successful candidate is one who loves to deal with the general public and comes to us with an outgoing, independent, go-getter attitude.
- Outgoing, professional, sales oriented individuals
- 1 -2 years experience in sales preferred
